All appointments must be booked either by telephone or in person. At this time, we do not accept appointments or cancellations over the internet.  A valid credit card to reserve your appointment may be required at the time of booking. Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment in order to settle in and have adequate time to fill out any necessary paperwork.  Arriving late will limit the time of your treatment as your treatment will end as scheduled so that the next client is not delayed.  In the event you arrive late for your appointment, full value of your treatment will still be charged.

We kindly ask our clients to respect our 24 hour cancellation policy.  This better enables us to reschedule your appointment and allow for other clients on the waiting list to book in. Cancellation notice should be given by phone during regular business hours at least 24 hours in advance or a charge will be invoiced to you in accordance with our policy guidelines.

Gift Certificates are available for any of our services and packages or any specified dollar amount you may wish. Gift certificates for specific services have a one year expiration date from date of purchase and are available as long as the service is available.
