Chi Flow Yoga, an introduction to Yin/Yang Yoga
Level: Beginners - Intermediate
Instructor: Sarah Martens
This class will begin with a somewhat vigorous Yang style sequence to get our Chi(vital life force) flowing. Followed by Yin Yoga to open us deeper into our practice, we will then conclude our time together with meditation to harmonize our breath with body and spirit. We will also explore the Taoist theory of meridians and how they support our health and wellbeing, along wih how our unique, individual anatomy affects our practice of yoga.
This is a Pre-registered class (limited space)
6 weeks/$90 plus gst
