Rachel has been studying various forms of bodywork and healing arts for the past 20 years. She loves her work and is passionate about healing on the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels.

She offers a balanced blend of relaxation and therapeutic massage that includes deep tissue techniques and craniosacral therapy. She specializes in upper back pain, neck and shoulder pain, low back pain, sciatica, tendonitis, headaches, stress, depression, anxiety and insomnia.

Rachel uses techniques to activate the parasympathetic nervous system (the rest, digest and heal mode) where deep relaxation, healing, and rejuvenation take place. She has an intuitive, honouring, sensitive and compassionate touch that is both very relaxing and deep.

Her areas of study include The Maui School of Therapeutic Massage – 2004 Kikkawa College of Massage Therapy – 2010 Lomilomi (Therapeutic and Temple styles), Craniosacral Therapy, Shiatsu, Reiki, Visceral Manipulation, Thai Yoga Massage, Acupressure, Pre-natal Massage, Infant Massage, Spiritual Healing, Aromatherapy, Yoga, Dance and Martial Arts.
