Reconnective Healing

Reconnective Healing® is form of healing which has increasingly become more known over the years. Healing can involve the physical, mental, or emotional states of being and can be done with adults as well as children of any age.

The Reconnective Healing Practitioner works with the energy of the client without touching them at all – it is a close-distance type of healing performed within the same room, and optionally available as distance healing. During a Reconnective Healing session, the practitioner may or may not request the details of the client’s ailments, and simply receives the energy to heal the client in whatever method is most appropriate at the time. Unlike other common energetic healing methods, Reconnective Healing is not a technique, a therapy or a treatment – Reconnective Healing is about returning your body and mind to a state of balance, and the practitioner is simply the catalyst for making that happen.

Dr. Eric Pearl, founder of Reconnective Healing, began his practice in 1994, his current research is being conducted at the University of Arizona and St. Petersburg State Technical University.

The book, Science Confirms Reconnective Healing, by Dr. Konstantin Korotkov, is a compilation of data from several experiments and clinical trials on Reconnective Healing.

“Experiments during three years demonstrated that sessions of Reconnective Healing had statistically significant positive influence on the functional state, humoral activity, physical condition […] for the group of people both immediately and in 10 days after […] This signifies the long-lasting effect of Reconnective Healing and its significance for people’s health and well-being.”

What to Expect – Initial Reconnective Healing Session

As you are safely and comfortably lying down, the Reconnective Healing Practitioner will ask you to close your eyes and focus on your body in order to feel and be connected and aware of your experience. You will be asked to notice what you are feeling and sensing throughout your session. The Practitioner will not say anything during your Reconnective Healing session other than letting you know when the session commences and when it is complete.

Once your session ends, the Practitioner may ask you a few questions about your experience, however, please know that you are not required to do so. If you would like to share some of the feelings, emotions and other sensory experiences, you may share them with the Practitioner and she will make notes to record what your shared and provide them to  you.

What to Expect After Your Session is Completed

As every individual is unique, so is their experience with Reconnective Healing. Some clients feel a sense of healing immediately, while others may take days.

Some clients, after their session is completed, feel energized and some may feel that they need to allow the healing to sink in deeper and are more contemplative. The best thing you can do after your Reconnective Healing session is to connect with your thoughts, emotions and feelings, and focus on healing instead of quickly running back to the everyday nuances of life.

Most clients have anywhere between one and three Reconnective Healing sessions, while some have more. The ideal time frame between sessions is 1-week.

While Reconnective Healing has helped many people, the Practitioner doesn’t guarantee, make any claims, and does not make any promises that you will experience a healing.
