Pilates - Intense Core
Intense Core is not for the faint of heart. It will leave you with the long lean Pilates feeling, but the emphasis is on strengthening the abdominal, back, gluteal and thigh muscles. All exercises are given in modified and more challenging variations.
*It is not recommended that people with disc concerns take this class.
Pilates - Back to Basics
Back to Basics will help your back feel the way it did in the days before aches and pains set in. The movements will relieve spinal compression leaving you feel taller by the end of the class. You will also learn how to release tension in your hips and low back while increasing flexibility in your entire body.
