Cindy’s unique background & skill set makes her a powerful facilitator. Cindy holds an Honours B.A. in Music & Kinesiology, with advanced courses in Education, Health Psychology & Relaxation Therapy. With over 10 years of teaching, Cindy has been published on a national level twice for her outstanding work in the field. On a personal level, Cindy was born with a 20% chance of survival. Having overcome three heart surgeries, years of chronic pain and a damaged lung, she is able to combine her practical education & experience with real life insight. Cindy is also a performer, enabling her to present topics with energy, clarity and in a fun way, keeping everyone pumped, focused and feeling great!
