Frances Adamson has been teaching yoga for over 10 years and is now offering Baby & Me as well as Adult Yoga classes starting February 20, 2008.

Inspired Life Health Centre has a new service!

Indian Champissage or ‘indian head massage’ is a stimulating massage of the upper back, shoulders, neck and head, where tension is normally held.  It is a simple and safe therapy that promotes relaxation while alleviating aches and pains.  Indian Champissage works with a firm yet gentle rhythm to help loosen muscles as well as ease tension and relieve the uncomfortable accumulation of toxins in the body.  It is a non-invasive therapy that is performed with the patient sitting in a chair, fully clothed.
