Osteoporosis is a condition where the decline of bone density affects the health of an individual. The consequence is fractured bones often broken hips and wrists or compression fractures of the spinal vertebrae. An estimated 1 in 4 people in North America will be affected by osteoporosis and most will be unaware of the state of their bones until a fracture occurs.

Children are natural chefs and love to lend a hand in the kitchen. It gives them a sense of pride and responsibility while developing self-esteem. It’s important that as a family we aim to slow down; to teach ourselves, and our children to savour the food we eat and to be aware of what we put in our bodies.

Angel will introduce new foods and teach you how to prepare them. Kids will become familiar with wholesome foods in a warm, friendly environment. With Angel’s nutritional education and catering/restaurant experience, these classes will provide nutritional tidbits and cooking tips of the trade.
