Gluten Free Baking Series E-mail

Alexis Touyz is teaching a gluten free baking class at The Big Carrot every Wednesday evening in July.

These four classes will cover the basics of gluten free foods and cooking. Simple, delicious recipes that are easy to use in daily life will be covered. Each class will be thematically based on sweets and savouries from cakes and muffins and breads and loaves to lasagnes, pies and pizza. You don't need to feel like you're missing out. Life can be delicious after gluten!
